About Us

Dale Moore, the founder of Dale Moore Consulting Group Inc. (DMCG), established the company following an illustrious 40-year career in Public Safety and Emergency Services. His extensive background includes work with the Department of National Defense Special Operations, including various positions within the Fire Service,  including lieutenant, captain and chief of operations in municipal fire services. Additionally, he served as a Program Specialist with the Office of the Fire Marshal of Ontario in the Emergency Response Unit, where he was responsible for overseeing the  Province of Ontario's Provincial Hazmat/CBRNE Response teams, conducting community risk assessments,  counter-terrorism risk assessments, supporting police drug enforcement units, providing expert witness testimony, developing training programs and serving as an instructor with the Canadian emergency Management College, Ontario Fire and Police Colleges

Dale's and the DMCG team's diverse experiences across Canada and internationally allows DMCG to offer a broad spectrum of expertise in areas such as counter-terrorism response, Hazmat/CBRNE, Risk-Based Management, Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Community Risk Assessment, First Aid/CPR/AED training, Fire Safety Planning, exercise design, Fire Service Operations/Management that includes delivering specialized training to the Cree Nations fire service. As a result, DMCG is recognized as a global leader in the Emergency Management and Response field, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to its stakeholders in both official languages.
